The First city as its labeled is the first city in all of the industrial realm. Not as clean as the north district, it tries to keep itself acceptable. The main problems now is some of the Demon crime syndicates are trying to take over the city with its murder and blood.

Border District
Border District is pretty much the business district. Though it doesnt take much to get from each district with hovers, getting there on foot...is a complete pain in the arse.
